Content and copyright policy

What teachers declare when publishing on MockCentrum: the content is their own work, and they are responsible for it.

Only publish what is yours

Copying questions from official exams, textbooks, websites or other teachers is not allowed. This text is a summary in plain language and not legal advice.

1

Why this policy exists

Students trust that what they practise with is accurate and fairly made, and authors of books, websites and official exams have rights to their work. This policy explains what you may publish and what happens when content breaks the rules.

2

Your own original work

Everything you publish (questions, answers, explanations, images, audio and video) must be written or made by you, or you must hold written permission or a licence to publish it commercially on MockCentrum. By ticking the declaration you confirm this for the whole package.

3

What is not allowed

• Copying or lightly rewording questions from official or leaked exams (for example CBR, Cito, DUO or certification bodies). • Copying from textbooks, practice books, apps, websites or other teachers. • Using images, audio or video you found online without the right to use them. • Publishing generated content you have not checked and cannot vouch for.

4

Quotes, sources and licensed material

Short quotations are only allowed where the law permits them, with the source named, and only to support your own question or explanation. Material you licensed may be used within the terms of that licence; keep proof of it, as we may ask for it.

5

Your responsibility

You take full responsibility for the originality, correctness and lawfulness of your content. If a rights holder or student makes a claim about it, you handle and bear the consequences, and you compensate MockCentrum for damage and reasonable costs caused by the claim.

6

Reporting infringement

Anyone who believes content on MockCentrum infringes their rights can report it through the help center, naming the content and the work it copies. We review reports promptly, may hide the content while we do, and inform the teacher.

7

Consequences

Content that breaks this policy is removed. Depending on the case we may refund affected students, suspend or close the teacher account, and recover costs from the teacher. Repeated or deliberate infringement always leads to removal from the platform.
