Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: • ExamBuddy: The operator of the online educational training platform www.exambuddy.nl. • User: Any natural or legal person registering an account or accessing the Services. • Services: All mock exams, practice modules, theoretical explanations, Mistake Bank, and didactic AI Tutor assistance provided online. • Digital Content: Digital data supplied non-tangibly, such as interactive questions, real-time analytics, and simulations. • Package: A digital access license for a designated curriculum or premium feature set. • AI Tutor (Buddy AI): The interactive didactic learning assistant providing contextual hints, memory aids, and curriculum breakdowns.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit, service interaction, and commercial transaction between the User and ExamBuddy. The agreement is legally concluded when the User registers an account or completes payment for a digital package. Any deviations are valid only if confirmed by ExamBuddy in writing.

To save personalized study analytics and access purchased packages, the User must create an account. The User warrants that all provided information is accurate and up to date. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Credential sharing is prohibited. ExamBuddy reserves the right to terminate accounts without refund upon detecting account sharing, automated scraping, or malicious activity.

ExamBuddy provides representative free mock exams across various domains (e.g., CBR Driving Theory, Cito Primary 7 & 8, Civic Integration, and Nt2 State Exams). Free exams require no payment credentials. ExamBuddy reserves the right to adjust the selection and scope of free materials at any time.

All platform prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include applicable statutory VAT. Payment is processed in advance via certified secure payment gateways, including iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Apple Pay. Access is unlocked immediately upon transaction confirmation, accompanied by an automated digital invoice.

The AI Tutor (Buddy AI) is an interactive study aid designed to clarify exam topics and theoretical concepts. While continuously monitored for accuracy, AI responses are instructional suggestions. ExamBuddy cannot be held liable for interpretations or assumptions derived from AI tutoring hints.

All intellectual property rights pertaining to the platform, including questions, answer models, explanations, illustrations, software, and visual branding, remain the exclusive property of ExamBuddy or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

ExamBuddy is an autonomous educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with CBR, Cito B.V., DUO, or any government examination body. Completing practice exams on ExamBuddy does not constitute a formal guarantee of passing an official state or licensing examination.

ExamBuddy endeavors to ensure 24/7 platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure. ExamBuddy's total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid by the User to ExamBuddy in the three (3) months preceding the incident.

ExamBuddy reserves the right to modify these Terms. Revised versions will be posted on the website with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and all disputes arising hereunder are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Inquiries and complaints may be submitted to exambuddyinfo@gmail.com and will be reviewed within 14 business days. Any unresolved legal disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
