Teacher terms

The agreement between MockCentrum and every teacher who publishes exams or packages on the platform.

Please read before publishing

By publishing a package you accept these terms. They apply in addition to our general terms of service. This text is a summary in plain language and not legal advice; contact us if anything is unclear.

1

Scope

These terms apply when you use MockCentrum as a teacher: creating exams, building packages and offering them to students. Our general terms of service and privacy statement also apply. Where these terms differ, these teacher terms prevail for your teaching activities.

2

Your account

You keep your login details private and are responsible for everything done with your account. Your public profile (name, headline, bio and links) must be truthful and must not impersonate anyone else.

3

Publishing packages

You decide which exams go into a package, its description, price and media. Descriptions must be accurate: do not promise results, official approval or exam content you cannot deliver. Questions and explanations must be correct to the best of your knowledge and kept up to date when rules or exam programmes change.

4

Prices and payments

Students pay MockCentrum through our payment provider. MockCentrum handles checkout, receipts and refunds under the general terms. Any revenue share or payout to teachers is agreed separately in writing; publishing a package does not by itself create a right to payment.

5

Licence to MockCentrum

You keep the rights to your own content. You give MockCentrum a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, show, translate the interface around, and sell your content to students for as long as it is published, and for students who bought it, for as long as their access lasts.

6

Removal and suspension

You can unpublish a package at any time; students who already bought it keep their access. MockCentrum may hide or remove content, or suspend a teacher account, when there is a reasonable suspicion of infringement, misleading information, poor quality or a breach of these terms. Where possible we tell you why and give you the chance to respond.

7

Responsibility and liability

You are fully responsible for the content you publish. If a third party makes a claim against MockCentrum because of your content (for example about copyright), you compensate MockCentrum for the resulting damage and reasonable costs. MockCentrum's liability towards you is limited to what the law requires.

8

Changes, law and contact

We may change these terms; we announce important changes in advance and ask you to accept them again before you publish. Dutch law applies. Questions or concerns can be sent to our support team via the help center.
